Adding a new patio, paving or decking area to any garden creates visual interest and a usable space for family and friends to enjoy. But it’s not just residential gardens where they bring benefit. Commercial properties such as hotels, restaurants, clubs and cafés can create additional outside seating, parking or children’s play areas that add value for their clients and increase revenue potential. We work across Maidenhead, Marlow, Windsor and the Thames Valley Landscapes designing and building bespoke paving and entertaining areas to suit the needs of each client. We can advise on colour, style, materials, budget, environmental impact and much more. Find out how our expert landscaping team can rejuvenate your outdoor space, on time and within budget, whatever your project’s scale or objective. Request a quote or call us on 01628 629720.

Using natural or reconstituted materials, our paved patios provide a hard wearing area that are great for barbecues and entertaining. Adding further styling such as seating, planting, lighting, heating and structures for shade your patio becomes a unique space tailored precisely to your needs. Whereas a paved driveway creates a safe space for parking and unloading the car, that also adds kerb appeal to your home.

Thoughtfully designed paving can be both functional and a visually pleasing addition to any garden. Our carefully planned paths lead you on a journey through your garden towards focal points of interest, or towards favourite areas such as the patio, the shed or the children’s play area. Not only that but they play an important part in protecting prize lawns and blooms by keeping wandering feet away from areas you want to keep looking pristine.

Decking quickly transforms spaces into stylish and highly usable areas, that are perfect for chilling at the end of a long day. From helping you choose the perfect spot, to selecting the best materials, we create decking areas designed for many years of use. Whether you choose cedar, redwood or pressure treated timber, we can tailor decking to suit your style and existing garden scheme.

Your new decking area can be further enhanced by adding railings (especially useful on raised decking) and outdoor lighting.  You can even add a hot tub, fire pit or complete outdoor kitchen so that you enjoy your garden for even longer.

Millboard, Envirobuild and Composite Decking

In recent years, advances in technology mean that the options for decking are not just hardwood or softwood. Thames Valley Landscapes are proud to be approved installers of Millboard decking, a mineral resin product that looks remarkably like the real thing. There is no wood at all in Millboard products, so it will never rot, has excellent slip resistance, will not warp, shrink or swell, and will always retain it’s original colour. Millboard decking comes in a variety of styles and colours, so whether you’re after a rustic, or contemporary finish, you won’t be disappointed.

Thames Valley Landscapes are also trusted installers of Envirobuild composite decking. Composite decking is slightly different, in that it is a mixture of plastic and wood products such as sawdust. Composites have excellent lifespans and need minimal maintenance. Excellent slip resistance and varying colours make it a great solution.

Both Millboard decking and composites are constructed from recycled materials, so it’s as environmentally friendly as it is stylish and practical.
